Read More really surprised how fast it went considering other companies were telling me it would take 6 months for the entire process. January 2022 and I was on the grid and generating my own power. Fast forward and its now been 6 months and I haven't had to use any energy from Coned to date. So far it's proving to be a great investment. If I had to give some cons it would be that during the install a ground was missed and the first inspection failed. They did come quickly and fixed the issue so the second inspection passed. I also had to call and followup a few times though since I felt they went silent and I wasn't sure what was happening next in the process. Overall the cons were minor but the pros have been great. I would definitely recommend Momentum for solar. One last note. Initially they tried to sell me on leasing which was a terrible option. Once we began talking about financing is when I took the plunge.

I will start with the positives.... The sales team was great. I had two sales reps and both were informative, responsive to questions, and patient with answering the same... Read More questions multiple times. They reviewed the paperwork in detail and ensured I understood what I was signing up for. The installation team was great also. They arrived 30 minutes before their scheduled time. They worked efficiently and communicated effectively. They cleaned up after themselves, which I greatly appreciated. The only issue (which for me is a big one and that's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) is the lack of communication from the corporate/business office. After I signed the contracts, the level of communication decreased. And I haven't heard from anyone since my meters were installed almost 4 weeks ago. I called the corporate office today to receive an update. It would be nice if customers are assigned a rep after installation and that rep is responsible for maintaining communications and keeping customers updated on the next steps. There is certainly room for improvement with regard to communication. If that gets better, then I would have no problems revising my review to 5 stars. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Momentum Solar.
