I was hesitant to go solar because I didn't want my new house to look like something that belonged in space. My sales rep, Gabe, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.... Read More He was able to work with me on scheduling times to go over paperwork and signatures even if it was after normal business hours. The guys that showed up to do the installation a few weeks later were quick and efficient. They showed up around 8am and were done before noon. I was so surprised they got everything done so quickly because I barely heard them up on the roof all morning. I noticed my electric usage in the PSEG app was down almost immediately and I've even started banking power! All in all extremely happy with the layout and how clean it looks on my house. And the fact that I'm already generating enough power to starting banking for summer!

Appreciate how they value their customers and perform every installation step properly. From site assessment to designing and installation, they did everything professionally. I will start with the positives.... The sales team was great. I had two sales reps and both were informative, responsive to questions, and patient with answering the same... Read More questions multiple times. They reviewed the paperwork in detail and ensured I understood what I was signing up for. The installation team was great also. They arrived 30 minutes before their scheduled time. They worked efficiently and communicated effectively. They cleaned up after themselves, which I greatly appreciated. The only issue (which for me is a big one and that's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) is the lack of communication from the corporate/business office. After I signed the contracts, the level of communication decreased. And I haven't heard from anyone since my meters were installed almost 4 weeks ago. I called the corporate office today to receive an update. It would be nice if customers are assigned a rep after installation and that rep is responsible for maintaining communications and keeping customers updated on the next steps. There is certainly room for improvement with regard to communication. If that gets better, then I would have no problems revising my review to 5 stars. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Momentum Solar.

Salesman Marc is very professional. Site assessment was thorough. Partial roof replacement was suggested. We waited a long 5 months for the materials. After that, it took only one day...
